Keep On Asking

Matthew 6

It’s the privilege of talking – of listening – of simply being there, with Him, in His Presence – loving Him, being loved by Him. Why does it seem so hard for us to get there? All it can do for us is take us deeper -- bring more results to our need – teach us how to wait, and what to do in the mean time – comfort us – the Christian’s secret (or not so secret) weapon – calling on God.

Hannah prayed – and God answered with a son. Esther prayed – and God saved a nation. Susanna Wesley prayed – God used her sons John and Charles gave anointed songs, sermons, and through them God brought revival! The mother of John Newton prayed – her son was saved – and through him we were given, “Amazing Grace.” The list goes on, and on, and on . . .Praying MOVES the heart and hand of God!

Keep on asking, keep on believing, keep on seeking . . . He has promised to answer, and we will find.

There is MORE to be had in our Christian Walk!

More of God . . . More empowering . . . More souls saved . . .More of His moving . . .More of His miracles. . .More ANSWERS to prayer . . .

All we have to do is keep on asking!

Take it with You
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find, knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened”
(Matthew 7:7,8).
